Cramer Outdoor Living Crew
Cramer Siding and Window, a leading home improvement company that has been around since 1955, is seeking a reliable and professional Outdoor Living Crew to join our team located in Champaign, Illinois. Our Outdoor Living Crews are responsible for the installation of sunrooms, decks, awnings, pergolas, and patio covers. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, be comfortable working outdoors and be driven by executing quality installations. Carpentry skills are required for this position and preference will be given to candidates with previous deck building experience. Candidates are still encouraged to apply because we provide the appropriate training to be able to install our unique outdoor products.
JOB Responsibilities
Install sunrooms, decks, awnings, pergolas, and patio covers according to the specifications provided
Ensure all installations are completed with high quality standards
Work effectively in a team to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Background in construction, specifically framing and deck building
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must have your own truck and tools (we will provide you with trailer)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work well in a team environment
No previous experience in product lines required
Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
